Again, yet *another* fabulous stay at the Crowne Plaza Geneva. First: the very *best* staff - highly professional, efficient, moreover - friendly; anticipating needs and exceeding expectations are normal here.

In restaurant Secenty5 I always recommend the soup. Their soups are special. Trust Benjamin or Marie Laure for wonderful local wine suggestions. Terrace bar (Hello you all!) take very good care of *all* guests.
I have learned at Crowne Plaza Geneva: all one has to do is ask. They are *exceptionally* accommodating of *all* requests.
Had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Zurich. Location is very good, courteous staff & very comfortable room. And a real birthday surprise from Team Crowne Plaza!! � A short wishing note with some delicious sweets. It means a lot when someone like me is traveling for work & had to celebrate the birthday alone.. Thanks guys �
