It s one of the best Restaurant of red meat and tartare of Lausanne. Thanks to the service "French classic style" (à l'ancienne) it's a very good place to be in all the sorts of dinning (family, Dating, friends , work appointment).

You should try Tartare Natacha, Fillet de Boef , and Brazier.
