This is a must whenever we visit Switzerland during the season of la Chasse (the Hunt) in October. Set high in the mountains above Montreux, the drive to and from the restaurant can be fun, this year was the first time I have been when there was no snow on the ground. The food is excellent and the service is really good. You will need to book well in advance and don't expect it to be cheap - quality comes at a price - but in my opinion the meal is worth every cent.
